Role model	Undoubtedly, my role model is my father, who made an extraordinary contribution to the Roma theater in Prizren, writing 12 plays and directing 18 plays, and he has maintained the stability of our theater since the beginning. Today, as a sign of respect for his life and work, the theater bears his name, the Roma Theater "Nexhip Menekshe".
Mission, favorite citation:	The mission of our organization is the preservation, cultivation and the promotion of the Roma language, culture, history and tradition, mainly in Prizren, Kosovo, but also worldwide. Beside the organization we also have sub-departments: the Romano Avazo media that broadcasts programs 24 hours through frequencies 107.3 in the municipality of Prizren and through online platforms around the world. With the Nexhip Menekshe Roma Theater we prepare a play in Romanes language every year, which reflects the problems of our community and conveys awareness of the Roma public to invite young people from the Roma community to be active by contributing to the cultural life of their community. We are trying to advance our shows with professional directors so that we’ll have a more professional theater in the future. In our works we also use old Roma folklore music. We protect our national identity by participating in the multicultural mosaic of our community.
