ABOUT
ABOUT THE ROMA HEROES DIGITAL COLLECTION
The Roma Heroes Digital Collection was launched as a project of the Independent Theater Hungary in April 2022. The Collection is a unique resource of Roma culture with special focus on theater and drama.
With an editorial team based in Budapest and a network of regional contributors from Dublin to Ukraine, the Collection seeks to introduce the playwrights, theater makers and artists of the European Roma theater and drama, presents the reflections and educational methodologies based on the works collected so far, and outlines the history of European Roma theatre.
